bought a 2018 outback for my wife, very nice car and experience with Ed and Mick. Within the one month warranty the front rotors and pads needed to be replaced. No problem getting them replaced and not having to suffer the grinding noise. Excellent customer service!!

The folks at Mileground Pre-Owned Motors have always treated our family great. This is our 3rd vehicle purchase from Mileground Pre-Owned Motors. We bought a Renegade from them, drove it a few years, and then traded that car up to a Jeep Grand Cherokee. Now we have two cars from Mileground Pre-Owned Motors by adding a Cadillac XT5. There is never any pressure to buy a vehicle from them, and not being hassled to make a quick decision is important and is one of the many reason why my family chooses to do our car buying business here along with selling good quality used vehicles. The process was super quick, unlike other dealerships where you're pretty much stuck all day long. It only took maybe 3 hours, and 2 hours of that time was just waiting for the bank to send the approval.
